Comparing offers: questions, answered
Should I talk to more than one buyer?
Yes. A second written offer is the fastest way to know whether the first is fair, and some buyers, like Nyne, promise to beat qualifying written offers.
What matters most when comparing offers?
What reaches you after fees, any exclusivity and its length, who scrubs personal data (and the method), and the date money actually lands.
Can I license to two buyers at once?
Only if neither license is exclusive. micro1's published license is non-exclusive; Polyshares and Mode are reported as exclusive. Read the term before you sign.
