Buyer review
returnmytime.comReturn My Time review: what sellers actually get
The ads pitch selling your company's data to AI. The site is more measured. Return My Time checks fit and sets up an introduction, and the data buyer then decides if you qualify, what the data is worth and how you are paid.
Some buyers pay us a referral fee. It never changes your price or our score. How we make money.

Who Return My Time buys from
It looks first for firms at least three years old with 30 or more staff, ideally 100, and at least 10 people working at computers. It calls these preferences that can bend, and says closed or bankrupt companies can qualify on the same terms.
03
What Return My Time pays
It sets no price. The buyer decides acceptance, valuation and payment, and you see a written offer before deciding.
04
The contract terms
It is upfront that the data may train AI and may be passed by the vendor to a foundation model company. At the outset it leaves out privileged legal files, support data and customer data, a sensibly careful starting point.
Its FAQ also warns that outputs already delivered for training may be licensed permanently and cannot be pulled back, even if raw data is deleted. Read the withdrawal terms before you sign.
05
Return My Time's referral program
It may receive a referral fee from the buyer it introduces you to, and says it will explain that fee before asking to share your company summary.
06
Is Return My Time a fit for your company?
Ask it to name the buyer before you prepare anything. Its main business is AI assessments ($497 by voice, $999 in person, plus a free 15-minute call), and its data page says no assessment purchase is needed for the data review.
07
Six checks before you send Return My Time anything
We run the same checks on every buyer we rank. They take an afternoon and they protect the one thing you cannot take back: the copy of your records.
- Find the legal entity. A registered company name, an address and at least one named person. A Facebook form alone is not enough.
- Get the offer and the contract in writing before any export. A sample agreement tells you more than a sales call.
- Ask who strips personal data, how, and when. You should approve the method and see a sample before anything leaves your systems.
- Ask where the data goes. Which AI companies receive it, whether you are told, and whether it can be resold.
- Ask how everyone is paid. By you, by the buyer, or out of your deal. Referral fees are normal; hidden ones are not.
- Get a second quote. Terms from at least one other buyer is the fastest way to know if an offer is fair.
