goldmined.aiIs Goldmined.ai legit? The ads, the claims and the gaps
According to Goldmined.ai's ads, labs will pay $100K to $4M for your CRM, email and Slack archive. The website adds two bigger claims: over $10M already paid and more than 100 labs currently buying.
Its domain was registered on 8 October 2026, the same day its ads began. The claims and the company's age do not line up.

Who Goldmined.ai buys from
The site asks for at least 20 active desk-based staff; the ads say 30+.
03
What Goldmined.ai pays
Two calculators on the site disagree: the homepage one returns $200K to $3.6M, the check page tops out at $2.4M, and both are marked illustrative. One ad mentions an unnamed owner earning $290K from a decade of records, with nothing to back it up.
04
The contract terms
Promises on the site: de-identification happens before data leaves processing, buyers see only redacted samples and counts before a deal, buyers get a licensed copy, no sale goes ahead without your sign-off, and you can pull out before a sale. Payment timing is left to the agreement, and the site says a listing does not guarantee a sale.
With no contract, terms page or privacy policy published, none of that can be checked.

Goldmined.ai's referral program
Goldmined.ai publishes no referral program.
06
What Goldmined.ai offers
Goldmined.ai presents itself as a licensing service: it values the records a company already holds, strips out personal details, packages them and lists them for AI labs to buy. The site names no legal entity, team or investor. Its footer reads "Goldmined, New York", and the domain is registered through a privacy service in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Is Goldmined.ai a fit for your company?
Until it names the company you would contract with and a lab that has bought through it, we would get offers elsewhere first. Ask for the legal entity, its state of registration and one reference you can call.
08
Six checks before you send Goldmined.ai anything
We run the same checks on every buyer we rank. They take an afternoon and they protect the one thing you cannot take back: the copy of your records.
- Find the legal entity. A registered company name, an address and at least one named person. A Facebook form alone is not enough.
- Get the offer and the contract in writing before any export. A sample agreement tells you more than a sales call.
- Ask who strips personal data, how, and when. You should approve the method and see a sample before anything leaves your systems.
- Ask where the data goes. Which AI companies receive it, whether you are told, and whether it can be resold.
- Ask how everyone is paid. By you, by the buyer, or out of your deal. Referral fees are normal; hidden ones are not.
- Get a second quote. Terms from at least one other buyer is the fastest way to know if an offer is fair.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Is Goldmined.ai a scam?
We cannot say that. We can say it names no legal entity or people and claims $10M+ paid out on a domain a few weeks old. Verify before sharing anything.
Who runs Goldmined.ai?
The site gives only "Goldmined, New York" and an email address. The domain record lists a privacy service as registrant.
Do we have to upload files to get a Goldmined.ai estimate?
No. The check asks questions and a work email, and the next step asks for record counts and screenshots. Data only moves once a buyer deal is agreed, per the site.
