Buyer review
endless-data.comEndless review: what sellers actually get
Endless headlines up to $4M for a company's operational data. The price is fixed and agreed up front, before any data moves, and there is no commission. Endless then resells licenses to labs; it lists micro1, Mercor and Handshake among them.
Some buyers pay us a referral fee. It never changes your price or our score. How we make money.

Who Endless buys from
Endless looks for service firms (ten types) with roughly 30+ staff, several years of history and documentation in English. It says the US, UK and Canada come first.
03
What Endless pays
The flow: agree a set price with Endless, hand over the data, then Endless relicenses it. It claims that selling to many labs lets it offer you the top price. What it keeps from those lab sales, beyond what it paid you, is never shown.
04
The contract terms
Endless says its license is non-exclusive, so you remain free to license the same data to anyone else.
05
Endless's referral program
Endless publishes no referral program.
06
Questions about who is behind it
The only entity shown is Seldon Ventures, L.L.C., with a suite address in Newark, Delaware. No individuals are listed. The terms page on its site is written for customers who buy data from Endless, and describes Endless as a data broker that gathers and resells operational company data from public sources, commercial partners and data contributors. There is no published seller contract. Each lab it lists has its own direct program, and none of them, in what we could find, names Endless as a partner.

Six checks before you send Endless anything
We run the same checks on every buyer we rank. They take an afternoon and they protect the one thing you cannot take back: the copy of your records.
- Find the legal entity. A registered company name, an address and at least one named person. A Facebook form alone is not enough.
- Get the offer and the contract in writing before any export. A sample agreement tells you more than a sales call.
- Ask who strips personal data, how, and when. You should approve the method and see a sample before anything leaves your systems.
- Ask where the data goes. Which AI companies receive it, whether you are told, and whether it can be resold.
- Ask how everyone is paid. By you, by the buyer, or out of your deal. Referral fees are normal; hidden ones are not.
- Get a second quote. Terms from at least one other buyer is the fastest way to know if an offer is fair.
